Windrose Tools

A growing set of free tools for Windrose — the pirate survival MMO on Steam. Weapon stats, resource guides, and biome overviews pulled straight from the game files, not a wiki. Everything here updates with each patch.

About Windrose

Windrose is a multiplayer pirate survival MMO built in Unreal Engine 5. You crash-land on a procedurally generated archipelago, scavenge beach stones and driftwood to craft your first weapons, then work your way up through blacksmithing, alchemy, and shipbuilding until you're commanding a full-size brig and raiding Buccaneer trade bases.

Because the world is procedurally generated, there's no fixed map — each server seed places its biomes (Coast Jungle, Swamp, Highland, Sand Beach, Kapok, Divi) at different positions. What stays constant is the pool of weapons, resources, and biome rules, which is what these tools catalog.

GamerStation's Windrose tools are built for the players who want real numbers — exact weapon damage per attack, which biome a resource spawns in, what tier a weapon scales to — without wading through wiki fan-edits.

Windrose Tools FAQ

Common questions about GamerStation's Windrose toolset.

What Windrose tools does GamerStation offer?

GamerStation has a weapon index (73 weapons with damage, tier, and combat power), a resource guide (62 pickable/harvestable resources cross-referenced with the biomes they spawn in), and a biome overview with clickable biome tiles that show what you can gather in each. More tools are added as we expand the dataset.

Where does this Windrose data come from?

All data is extracted directly from the Windrose game files using a custom CUE4Parse pipeline. Weapon damage numbers, resource lists, and biome assignments are sourced from the game's own .uasset files — not from a wiki. That's why the numbers match what you see in-game.

Why aren't crafting recipes (ingredient amounts) listed?

Windrose ships its recipe tables on the server side. The client paks contain references to every recipe by name and tier, but the actual ingredient counts (how many wood, stone, sulfur, etc.) are server-authoritative and not included in the Steam install. If a community dump of the server recipe data becomes available we'll merge it in.

Is there a world map for Windrose?

No — and not because we didn't try. Windrose is procedurally generated, so every server has its islands placed at different positions. There's no single fixed map to show. Instead, we catalog every biome type and every resource that can spawn, so you know what to look for when you explore.

Are these tools free?

Yes. Every Windrose tool on GamerStation is free, no account required.

How often is the data updated?

Data is regenerated from the current game install after every Windrose patch. Re-extraction takes about a minute; the pipeline is fully scripted so updates land quickly.
