Yes. Cards in the public index are filtered to remove junk or placeholder entries. Valid cards show their description, and many also include recovered card art assets when available.

Why are some Slay the Spire 2 cards missing art?

Some entries may have valid gameplay text but no usable recovered art asset yet. Those cards can still appear in the index as long as they have a real description and are not internal placeholder records.
