DMCA Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
GamerStation respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on GamerStation infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent using the process below.
1) Filing a DMCA takedown notice
To file a valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), please send an email to gamerstationllc@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice and include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs are required).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Notices that do not contain all of the above elements may not be actionable. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2) Our response process
On receipt of a valid notice, we will review it promptly (typically within 72 hours) and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to the identified material. We will also notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) and provide them with a copy of the notice.
3) Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to gamerstationllc@gmail.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, for addresses outside the United States, the district where GamerStation may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
4) Repeat infringer policy
GamerStation may terminate the accounts of users who are repeatedly the subject of valid DMCA takedown notices, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
5) Game data and trademarks
GamerStation hosts gameplay calculators and reference tools that use game data sourced from official publisher resources, official APIs (e.g. Riot Data Dragon, OpenDota), and CC-licensed community wikis with attribution. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. GamerStation is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.
Publishers or rights-holders who would like specific calculator or data-display behavior modified are welcome to contact us at gamerstationllc@gmail.com directly; we respond to publisher requests outside the DMCA process as well.
